All orders are delivered between 6-15 days. After your order will be processed, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Returns & Cancellations

Rumi Cosmetiques Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the website rumicosmetiques.co.uk. Please note that we accept returns only on unopened products in their original packaging (if you have opened and/or used our products, you're not eligible for return process, you still are able to request a refund due to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee).
Returns can be made within 3 months of purchase. You'll be asked to have your order number as well as UK shipping zip code on you for the return process to start successfully.
In very rare cases, the return of an item could not be accepted and therefore refunded, yet we will do our best in keeping you satisfied.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of the return. Unfortunately, the shipping cost of the initial order is non-refundable. Please note that a £4 return processing fee will be taken out of your order return amount if returned on the original form of payment. Please reach out to our customer support team for return address.
Please ensure to have your name clearly written on the package as well as your Order Reference Number.
Once we have received your returned item/-s, we will immediately issue you a refund of the amount considering the previously mentioned charges. Unfortunately, the full order amount can't be refunded in the case of a return. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

Items Lost in Transit

Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rumi Cosmetiques is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, Rumi Cosmetiques will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
